Which countries/regions can ship?
Currently, we only support shipping to 45 countries, as shown below. (Douab-store is always shipping to more countries, so stay tuned to our Shipping Policy for the latest shipping information.)

Non-shippable country/region: Shipping is not supported to countries/regions other than those listed above.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
Each country has its own customs rules and policies. Please contact your local customs for more information. If, in rare cases, import duties or taxes are levied, the customer is responsible for their payment.
Do I need to pay for shipping?
We are proud to offer free delivery on all orders over a certain value. The value of the minimum order to which the free delivery service applies is determined according to the products in the shopping cart. You can check your minimum order value by viewing the cart page.
We cooperate with reliable shipping companies to provide safe delivery service. A shipment tracking number will be sent to your email after the order has been shipped, so you can follow the status of your shipment in real time.
Please note that free delivery is only available to shipping addresses within the areas we ship to. If you reside in an area outside the free shipping range, shipping charges will be determined by weight and location.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the corresponding information. After that you will be able to track your order at /apps/trackorder Please allow 1 or 2 business days for tracking information to be available.
Uncontrollable factors in shipping for Douab-store orders:
In most cases, packages will arrive within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by external factors such as flight arrangements and weather conditions. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date and be patient.
What if the package does not arrive?
If you do not get your package 60 days after we shipped it, please contact us at Contact@douab-store.com We will resent sending you a new one or give you a full refund.
