General return conditions

You have the right to return the goods within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

Return process

1. Please contact us before sending the item back to us for a refund. We do not accept returned items that you return directly without prior confirmation with us.
2. Write your order number on the package so that your package can be easily identified so that we can solve your problem as soon as possible.
3. Please note that the package is complete, douab-store does not accept packages damaged due to transportation
5.Confirming receipt of the returned package, we will contact you and give you a refund or exchange.

About Out of Stock

1. In case of out of stock after your purchase, we will get in touch with you at the first time.

2. You can choose to receive a full refund or an exchange for an in-stock product of equal value.

Return address

Please do not send the package back to the address on the package as it is not our return address. The address on the package is the warehouse address of the  company that works with us.

Damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items

We will issue a full refund including shipping for any damaged, defective, or mis-shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to Contact directly for assistance with processing your return

Who will pay for the shipping and handling costs of returns?

We would like to explain to you our return policy, if a product has been delivered to you and it is not suitable for your needs or if you receive an incompatible or damaged product, you can return it to us and we will bear the full shipping costs.

But please contact us first to provide you with the return address and confirm the return procedures. After we receive the returned product, we will refund the full amount paid to you or exchange the product for another one.

Refund policy

1. Full refund
We will provide a full refund for any item found to be defective or damaged through our fault. Damages due to the fault of a third party or the customer's own fault cannot be refunded.
2. Partial Refund
We also offer partial refunds for returns that are missing some original parts. In this case, the customer can only get a partial refund.
3.The refund will be back to your paypal account within 24 hours, if you paid with debit- or credit card, you can get the money back to your account within 3-15 working days. It depends on the processing time of your bank.

Notes About Warranty

1.Your order will be fully refunded if it is canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
2.Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decided to cancel the order. For the orders cancellation after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied.
3.We will NOT accept an order cancellation request if the order has already been shipped.Please apply return after you received your package if you still decide to cancel the order.
4.Please kindly note: if there is a discount on the order and a refund is required. The refund of the amount will be in a equal proportion.(Not original price.)
