1.PayPal & PayPal Credit

The most popular online payment method. We are fully PayPal verified so you can always shop with peace of mind.
Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Make sure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address.

 

2.After I make the payment, can I change my payment or shipping information?

Once you place an order, you must not change your billing or shipping address information. If you would like to make a change, please contact our customer service department at Contact@douab-store.com as soon as possible during the order processing phase to indicate your request. If the package has not yet been sent, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped, the shipping information cannot be changed while the package is in transit.

3. How will I know that my payment has been received?

Once we receive your payment, we will send you an email notification informing you of the request. You can also visit Douab-store and log into your customer account to check order status at any time. If Douab-store receives payment, the order status will show "In Process".

4. Why is it asking me to “verify” my payment?

For your protection, your order is processed by Douab-store payment verification team, this is standard procedure to ensure that all transactions made on Douab-store are authorized and that your future purchases are processed with the highest priority.
